Altenar brings sportsbook to Peru with Apuesta Total partnership

Altenar, the leading Malta-headquartered sportsbook supplier, has made Peruvian operator Apuesta Total its latest sportsbook partner.
Following a seamless integration that was completed on August 16th, the award-winning supplier has now made its full sportsbook solution available to Apuesta Total’s website, including its prematch and live betting offerings, full promotional suite and market-leading customer support across risk management, limits and 24/7 communication.
As part of the collaboration, Altenar will act as Apuesta’s technology partner in order to deliver a full 360-degree operation, offering its best-in-class technology provision for both current and prospective future markets.
The online integration is already paying dividends since going live in August, with Apuesta Total seeing a hugely successful increase in turnover, something which is expected to continue as the two companies’ relationship develops.
This deal marks the latest success in an impressive 12 months for Altenar across global markets, with a surge in 150% for total bets and player count over 2021, with its key specialisations across Esports, data and virtuals proving to be a major boost for its operator partners.
Commenting on Altenar’s expansion in Peru, Hugo Llanos, Americas Regional Director, said: “Our customer support is one of the best and most flexible available, and we are thrilled to bring this to our new partner, Apuesta Total.
“We see our customers as partners and want to help them grow and achieve their objectives – if they need something we do not provide, we will develop a special solution to address it. We also have an approach to risk management and limits that has proven to increase turnover and profitability in the long term.
“All of this ensures our latest partnership will be a fruitful one – Altenar will be there to support Apuesta Total in any market it intends to enter.”
Gonzalo Merino, Digital Director at Apuesta Total, added: “Being one of LatAm’s most popular operators means that we need the very best in technology to entertain our players. Thanks to Altenar’s market-leading sportsbook, risk management and customer support, we’re confident we’ve got everything we need to ensure we stay the best.
“We look forward to plenty of success throughout the World Cup and beyond, and we’re very happy to be working together.”
Altenar’s fast-growing success as one of the world’s most popular sportsbook providers has seen it net multiple awards in 2022 for its outstanding contribution to the industry, including the EGR Nordics and EGR Italy Awards, as well as multiple accolades at the MiGEAs and Baltic and Scandinavian Betting Awards.
Licensed across a total of 14 major global markets, including the UKGC and MGA, Altenar has now firmly established itself as the sportsbook provider of choice for multiple leading operators.

CBF Extends Exclusive Integrity Partnership with Sportradar

The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and Sportradar Integrity & Regulatory Services, a unit of Sportradar AG announced the extension of their long-standing partnership, set to begin with the 2025 season. The new agreement aims to enhance efforts to combat match-fixing in Brazilian football and safeguard the integrity of the sport.
Sportradar, through its industry-leading Universal Fraud Detection System (UFDS), will deliver integrity monitoring for more than 8200 men’s and women’s matches organized annually by the CBF. Through this renewed partnership, the UFDS will now cover all Brazilian national championships.
The renewal of the partnership comes at an important time in the fight against match-fixing. According to the Integrity in Action 2024 Global Analysis & Trends published by Sportradar in early 2025, the number of matches suspected of being manipulated worldwide fell by 17% in 2024. Notably, in 2024, Brazil experienced a significant decline in the number of suspicious soccer matches, with 53 fewer cases detected – a decrease of 48% – compared to the previous year.
Ednaldo Rodrigues, President of the CBF, said: “Strengthening the integrity of Brazilian football is a priority for this administration, and the renewal of this partnership further reinforces our commitment to this mission. The work of the CBF’s Integrity Unit, in collaboration with Sportradar, will complement monitoring by FIFA and result in more than 10,000 Brazilian football matches being covered this season. It’s an impressive and symbolic milestone that makes us very proud. This is a partnership that has been bearing fruit and has been crucial in the fight against match-fixing, ensuring a fairer and safer environment for the sport.”
Andreas Krannich, Executive Vice President of Integrity & Regulatory Services at Sportradar, said: “We have built a strong collaboration with CBF to reinforce the integrity of Brazilian football. With this new agreement, Sportradar is providing the most comprehensive coverage Brazilian football has ever had. We are very pleased to continue this partnership with one of the world’s most-renowned football organizations.”
The continuing partnership with CBF, which began in 2018, underscores Sportradar’s commitment to protecting global football from potential integrity threats. This effort joins existing agreements established with leading football organizations including CONMEBOL, FIFA, UEFA, the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), and the Colombian Football Federation (FCF), as well as more than 270 other sports organizations and government authorities.
