The Nevada Gaming Control Board (GCB) has announced that it is initiating disciplinary hearing against former Wynn Resorts Ltd. CEO Steve Wynn on sexual harassment charges. The board has not specified any dates for starting the hearing.
Wynn, now staying in Florida, has argued that he is no longer subject to Nevada GCB.
Control Board Chairman Brin Gibson said: “At this point, the board is preparing to recommence the action against Mr. Wynn. The board maintains the Nevada Gaming Commission has full authority to decide the proposed regulatory complaint against Mr. Wynn.”
