Ezugi live casino launches in Ontario as first step in major North America expansion
Ezugi, part of Evolution Group, announced the launch of its live casino offering in the Ontario online gaming market. Following the company’s initial US debut in New Jersey eight years ago, the move marks the first step in a major North American expansion plan.
Ezugi made its Ontario debut on June 17, marking the introduction of its live casino offerings to several key clients such as TheScore and Bet99. These operators have successfully launched Ezugi-powered live casino experiences for players in the province, with additional partnerships planned to roll out in the upcoming months.
The Ezugi games for Ontario will stream from Ezugi studios in Europe and include proven, highly popular titles that will greatly extend choice and entertainment for players in Canada’s most populous province.
The Ezugi portfolio includes not only well-known casino table games such as classic Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat from our brand-new state-of-the-art studio, but also live game shows and a wide choice of regional favourites.
Games from the latter two categories that will be available to players in Ontario include: Ultimate Roulette, a circus-themed live game show with unique multipliers; Andar Bahar and Ultimate Andar Bahar, the highly popular Asian-themed card games; and Lucky 7, an engaging card game in which players predict whether the next card dealt will be above 7 (7 Up), below 7 (7 Down) or 7. Other games launching from the Ezugi portfolio include, 32 Cards, Cricket War, EZ Dealer Roulette, Auto Football & Cricket Roulette, and more.
Pang Wee Goh, Chief Commercial Officer at Ezugi said: “After an exciting few years of consolidating our market position and extending our games portfolio, this is a very significant step for Ezugi and its growth. Ontario has long been on our radar, representing the ideal progression in Ezugi’s ongoing expansion throughout North America. I am confident that operators in Ontario will benefit from our large and innovative games portfolio, which truly offers something different for players.”
