ODDS ON COMPLIANCE ANNOUNCES WOMEN LEADING WOMEN, A RESOURCE GROUP TO FOSTER INCLUSION AND EMPOWERMENT

Odds On Compliance, a global market leader in gaming technology and consulting services, is excited to announce the formation of a new employee resource group for women in the workplace called Women Leading Women. The group aims to provide a supportive and empowering community for women employees within the company.
Women Leading Women is open to all women who work at Odds On Compliance, regardless of their position or department. The group will provide a platform for women to share their experiences, offer support and advice, and empower women to achieve their full potential.
“Empowering women is a key part of our approach. I have always strived to make mentorship a priority for all the women who have supported me along my career journey,” said Cheryl Jones, President, Europe. “Whether it be an intern, employee or my peers, it is critical to create a space of trust, honesty, and support. Also, providing support and mentorship to our younger generation females can be a catalyst to their personal and professional development.”
Women Leading Women will also offer professional development opportunities for women employees, such as networking events, mentorship programs, and skills training sessions. Group members will be able to connect with each other and build relationships that can help them grow and advance in their careers.
“We recognize the importance of creating an inclusive and diverse workplace for all employees,” said CEO Eric Frank. “Our new group for women is just one of the many initiatives we are taking to ensure that all employees feel valued, respected, and supported in their roles.”
One future mission is to expand this group to others across the industry through a range of activities and initiatives that showcases the creative work of talented women, fostering opportunities that empower women across the globe in gaming, technology, and sports.
