eQube Gaming Limited announces new appointment to Board of Directors
eQube Gaming Limited announces appointment of Mr. Damian Zapisocky to its Board of Directors, effective 24th June, 2020.
Mr. Zapisocky serves as Senior Vice President Corporate & Strategic Development at Peavey Industries LP. Â Prior to that he served as a CEO, COO, and CFO in private companies. Â His prior work history also includes an executive position within a public company. Â He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration, designations as a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor, and is of holder of the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Mr. Zapisocky currently serves on two not-for-profit boards and had been a Board Chair and Chair of several Board Committees, including Audit & Risk, Governance, and Planning & Development.
Mr. Zapisocky will also serve on The Audit committee effective immediately.
