Caesars Entertainment Appoints Matt Sunderland as SVP of iGaming

Caesars Entertainment announced that Matt Sunderland has been named senior vice president of iGaming, effective October 1. Sunderland joins the team with over 20 years experience in the online gambling industry. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Gaming for BetMGM, where he oversaw the successful launches of iGaming in new jurisdictions and led the team to triple-digit year-over-year revenue growth.

“It’s an exciting time for iGaming and Caesars Entertainment, and I’m thrilled to join the Caesars team. As the industry continues to grow, I look forward to identifying new potential for our iGaming business while continuing to provide top-notch service to our customers,” Matt Sunderland said.

Prior to working for BetMGM, Sunderland was an iGaming consultant for GVC and MGM Resorts and also held several management positions at Probability PLC, GTECH/IGT and CNN International.
