Digital Sports Tech launches in-play prop betting offering for NBA

Digital Sports Tech (DST), the industry leading, specialist provider of player prop betting markets, has launched a world-first in-play prop betting offering for the National Basketball Association (NBA), with results to date exceeding all user traction and performance expectations.

In-Play NBA Player Props, which was launched in December 2018, is powered by DST’s state-of-the-art props platform and pricing engine, which combines advanced mathematical and predictive modelling with proprietary algorithmic-based odds generation that has been designed specifically for live NBA matches.

It enables sportsbook customers to bet on any player’s (statistical) performance in real-time and as play is happening on the court. An example would be placing a bet five minutes into the second quarter on LeBron James to finish the match with 30+ points.

DST’s In-Play NBA Player Props is made available to sportsbook customers via its low latency data feed (API) push service. Wind Creek Chicago Southland has announced that it will open to the public on November 11. The state-of-the-art casino represents the first step toward delivering a full-scale integrated resort experience, scheduled for completion in spring 2025.

On Nov. 6th and Nov. 7th, the Illinois Gaming Board visited the casino for two mandatory test days, which also included an extended invitation to family friends and local dignitaries. Wind Creek Hospitality received notice of approval on Nov. 8th to operate on Monday, Nov. 11th at approximately 11:00 a.m.

The Nov. 11th opening marks only the beginning of what will become a flagship destination.
