Pollard Banknote Limited announced that the Colorado Lottery has published a Notice of Intent to Award Pollard Banknote as the Apparent Successful Vendor for the Lottery Digital Solution contract following a competitive procurement process.
The comprehensive program encompasses an iLottery platform, website and mobile application, player loyalty and rewards, marketing programs, and games. The award is subject to the protest period (reference §24-109-102, C.R.S., as amended, and Procurement Rule R-24-109-102-01, et seq.) and the completion of a standard background investigation and execution of the formal contract.
