Green Valley Ranch Celebrates The Opening Of Its All-New Poker Room

Green Valley Ranch Resort has officially opened its all-new Poker Room, marking the return of poker to the resort and the Henderson community. Located in its original space on the casino floor, the refreshed room features 15 new tables, upgraded audio and visual components, and 24/7 operation, offering guests an elevated and comfortable poker experience. The opening of the Poker Room coincides with Green Valley Ranch’s 24th anniversary, as the property opened up on Dec. 18, 2001. The new Poker Room features all-new leather rail-tables, comfortable chairs complete with charging ports, and luxury stone and steel side tables.

The property’s leadership led by Vice President and General Manager Ken Janssen and Director of Table Games Briant Stanton, cut the ribbon and welcomed hundreds of guests lined up outside to be one of the first to grab a seat in the all-new room.

To celebrate the opening, the Poker Room kicked off a 24/7 Mystery High Hand Promotion running now through Thursday, Jan. 1. Guests can win $50–$500 every thirty minutes, and all high-hand winners will be entered into a $5,000 drawing on Thursday, Jan. 1 at 12 p.m.

Players will find a variety of game options, including 4/8 and 8/16 Limit Hold’em; 1/2, 2/3, and 3/5 No Limit Hold’em; Time Rake Hold’em games; Pot Limit Omaha; and 4/8, 6/12, and 8/16 Omaha Hi/Lo, with additional offerings to be added over time.

The debut of the Poker Room is part of the resort’s ongoing $200 million property-wide renovation, which includes refreshed rooms and suites, new high-limit spaces, updated dining experiences, and additional enhancements across the resort.
