IAGR finalises conference program for Toronto 2025
The International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR) has finalised the program for its annual conference, taking place in Toronto, Canada, from 20 to 23 October.
With a theme of Resilient regulation: Exploring what works, why and what’s next, the four-day event will explore how regulators can adapt, lead and collaborate in response to complex and evolving challenges across the global gambling landscape.
This year marks IAGR’s largest standalone conference to date, with around 300 delegates expected from across the globe. The conference is proudly hosted by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
Delegates will be welcomed to Toronto by The Hon. Doug Downey, Attorney General of Ontario.
Over 60 speakers will share insights and discuss the way forward, including:

The conference will feature keynotes, panels and networking sessions, offering practical insights into the future of gambling regulation. Topics include regulatory innovation, cross-border collaboration, emerging risks, RegTech, player protection and more.
IAGR President Ben Haden said IAGR2025 reflects the organisation’s global mission and growing momentum.
