ViewSonic Corp., a leading global provider of visual solutions, will be holding its second annual United by Play Battle for Charity Esports Tournament. Hosted by ViewSonic, this in-person and virtual event will be held at the HyperX Esports Arena at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 5, 2023, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, followed by an industry mixer.

The event will be live streamed on Twitch so the Valorant tournament featuring professional gamers, influencers, and streamers can be watched worldwide. Charities, which include StackUp, Starlight Children’s Foundation, Vaughn’s Valley Foundation, LANfest, Games for Love, and 1000 Dreams Fund, will have a team of five players representing each their organization.

“We’re excited to be holding our second Battle for Charity event. As an early advocate for esports in education and for students to grow and connect with others, ViewSonic is constantly promoting gaming to develop and build online communities. Esports can provide people with a place where they can be themselves and be engaged with others. We created this event to connect the gaming community and give back to some amazing causes,” said Danny Ordway, vertical marketing manager for gaming at ViewSonic.
