Intelitics to power Crab Sports’ User Acquisition in Maryland

Leading performance marketing and analytics provider will assist challenger brand with player acquisition in the Garden State and beyond

Intelitics, the leading performance marketing and analytics provider, has been selected by challenger online casino brand PlayStar to support its imminent launch in New Jersey which is set for the first quarter of next year.

The partnership will see Intelitics provide PlayStar with its scalable customer acquisition tracking platform, allowing the operator to make informed, data-driven campaign decisions across all user acquisition channels including affiliates and paid media.

Intelitics platform and product suite will also provide PlayStar’s affiliate and marketing partners with access to real-time data and analytics as well as flexible pixel tracking to allow them to effectively manage their own campaigns and monitor their effectiveness quickly and easily.

For PlayStar, the partnership with Intelitics forms part of its wider mission to provide US players with an online casino experience like no other. This will be achieved by focusing on three key areas – personalisation, engagement and customer experience.

The operator has developed a unique player engagement concept that remains a closely guarded secret, and Intelitics’ powerful platform and toolset will allow PlayStar to track the effectiveness of all engagement activity with new and existing players in real time.

For Intelitics, the deal with PlayStar is the latest in a string of partnerships with US operators including the likes of BetRushmore and reflects a wider market demand for quality insight on user-acquisition in what is the fastest-growing online casino market in the world.

Brands entering highly competitive markets like New Jersey, where player life-time values are high but so too are acquisition costs, need to have a marketing tech stack that empowers them with granular, optimizable data and that is exactly what Intelitics provides.

Allan Petrilli, VP of Sales and Growth at Intelitics said: “We’re very much looking forward to teaming up with PlayStar and to allow the operator to leverage our industry-leading user-acquisition platform to ensure it gets off to the best possible start in New Jersey.

“We’re particularly excited to be working with its incredible team which has a track record of high-level success in the igaming industry and look forward to being an integral part of its success story for years to come.”

Adam Noble, Chief Business Development Officer at PlayStar, added: “Intelitics’ technology fits with our goal of making our players feel like the star of the show from the first moment they engage with our brand, and it will also help us to drive tremendous efficiencies as we continue to scale.

“It has been a pleasure working with the Intelitics team as we prepare to launch PlayStar in New Jersey early next year and we look forward to a long and successful partnership between both businesses as we navigate the fast-paced, high-growth online casino market in the US.”

Neosurf & Betting Hero to reveal results of their in-depth study into US online gambling and payment habits in exclusive two-part webinar series

Published

on

Neosurf, the globally trusted provider of swift and secure cash-to-digital payment solutions, has announced it will be sharing the findings of a recent study into the online betting habits, preferences and frustrations of US players in an exclusive two-part webinar series beginning on January 14th.

Neosurf commissioned the research via Betting Hero – a leading US-based iGaming portal with expertise in casino, sports betting and DFS. The webinars will see Neosurf CEO Americas, Sue Page, Betting Hero’s Co-Founder and President, Jai Maw, and Senior Director of Product and Research, Ernie Ropas, dive into the report’s key findings and discuss what some of the more surprising results could mean for operators.

The survey, which featured respondents from New Jersey, Colorado and North Carolina, aimed to help operators and regulators within the gambling industry better understand the typical US bettor – how and why they bet, what tools they use to manage their budget and what Responsible Gaming means to them. The findings will be revealed in the webinars and used to identify areas where Neosurf’s products can help operators provide a better user experience.

The research highlighted several aspects of payments and responsible gaming that bettors felt could be improved. Problems with payments remain an issue – 52% of respondents said that they’d experienced payment issues in the past year, and with over 50% depositing and withdrawing multiple times each month, there is a significant cost impact to the operators.

Additionally, respondents indicated they’d be in favour of using a service that could share pre-verified ID information with operators, with ease of use for new payment methods and seamless integration across multiple platforms identified as important factors in their choosing and remaining loyal to a single sports betting platform.

Sue Page, Neosurf CEO Americas, said: “It was important to us to gain a more detailed insight into the US sports bettor. We wanted to talk to the players and ask questions that no one else is asking, and  through our collaboration with Betting Hero I’m delighted that we now have a comprehensive piece of research.

“Offering valuable insights into player habits – how and why they bet, the ongoing pain points they’re experiencing with payments and their thoughts on Responsible Gaming—we’ll be taking a deep dive into the results of the survey in our two-part webinar series starting at 10:00 ET on January 14th, and we encourage all US-focused operators and regulators to join us.”
