Gambling.com Files Registration Statement for Proposed IPO
Gambling.com Group Limited has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering (IPO) of its ordinary shares.
The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The Group has applied to list its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol “GAMB”.
Jefferies LLC is acting as lead book-running manager and representative of the underwriters for the proposed offering. Stifel and Truist Securities, Inc. will also serve as book-running managers for the proposed offering.
