New Hampshire Lottery Set for e-Instant Expansion with IWG

Operators rally for US national and state lotteries to go digital

 

The New Hampshire Lottery is teaming up with Instant Win Gaming (IWG), a leading global instant win games supplier, to enhance and expand New Hampshire iLottery, which has experienced widespread success since its launch in September 2018.

The New Hampshire Lottery now has access to IWG’s rapidly growing game portfolio featuring hundreds of games, along with the ability to build custom content specifically for players in the Granite State. Following a competitive RFP process, this award qualifies IWG as a certified e-Instant game supplier for the New Hampshire Lottery.

“It’s an extremely proud moment to have been selected as an e-Instant game supplier for the New Hampshire Lottery,” said Rhydian Fisher, IWG CEO. “Applying our expertise to the already successful New Hampshire iLottery program is a rare opportunity in our industry. We cannot be more excited to begin working with New Hampshire and to offer our award-winning games to players in the Granite State.”

Since inception, New Hampshire iLottery has played a critical role in driving revenue for education in New Hampshire and sales continue to increase. New Hampshire iLottery sales are currently up by nearly 100-percent year-over-year. As of this month, more than 67,000 players have registered accounts with New Hampshire iLottery.

“We are pleased to embark on this partnership with IWG as we look to further expand New Hampshire iLottery. IWG’s strong reputation for delivering high-quality, exciting games, along with a track record of success, were key drivers in its selection,” said Charlie McIntyre, executive director, New Hampshire Lottery. “We are always looking to develop new ways to engage our current players, while reaching new audiences, and we see IWG’s games as the perfect complement to our current offerings.”

This agreement with the New Hampshire Lottery extends IWG’s WLA and NASPL client list to 21 lotteries worldwide, including eight lotteries in North America. It also marks IWG’s second integration with NeoPollard for a U.S. Lottery, extending the partnership that began in 2016 with the successful Michigan Lottery program.

Bettors in Arizona wagered approximately $791 million on sports in October of 2024, according to a new report by the Arizona Department of Gaming. This represents an approximate 22% increase when compared to October of 2023.

The state collected approximately $2.35 million in privilege fees in the month.

Neosurf commissioned the research via Betting Hero – a leading US-based iGaming portal with expertise in casino, sports betting and DFS. The webinars will see Neosurf CEO Americas, Sue Page, Betting Hero’s Co-Founder and President, Jai Maw, and Senior Director of Product and Research, Ernie Ropas, dive into the report’s key findings and discuss what some of the more surprising results could mean for operators.

The survey, which featured respondents from New Jersey, Colorado and North Carolina, aimed to help operators and regulators within the gambling industry better understand the typical US bettor – how and why they bet, what tools they use to manage their budget and what Responsible Gaming means to them. The findings will be revealed in the webinars and used to identify areas where Neosurf’s products can help operators provide a better user experience.

The research highlighted several aspects of payments and responsible gaming that bettors felt could be improved. Problems with payments remain an issue – 52% of respondents said that they’d experienced payment issues in the past year, and with over 50% depositing and withdrawing multiple times each month, there is a significant cost impact to the operators.

Additionally, respondents indicated they’d be in favour of using a service that could share pre-verified ID information with operators, with ease of use for new payment methods and seamless integration across multiple platforms identified as important factors in their choosing and remaining loyal to a single sports betting platform.
