Nevada Gaming Control Board: 2020-24 Small Business Administration changes rule to allow small gaming businesses to be eligible for Paycheck Protection Progra

 

The Small Business Administration has revised the guidelines to now allow all small gaming businesses to be eligible for the Paycheck Protection Program. According to the revised regulations announced by the U.S. Treasury Department, “a business that is otherwise eligible for a PPP Loan is not rendered ineligible due to its receipt of legal gaming revenues.”
