Axlebolt and Epic Esports Events announce the launch of EPIC Standoff 2 Minor in Brazil

 

Axlebolt mobile game developer, Epic Esports Events tournament operator and RuHub esports broadcasting studio announce the launch of EPIC Standoff 2 Minor for Brazilian teams. The event takes place from September 9 to 17. During the competition the strongest Standoff 2 teams will draw the prize pool of $8,000 USD.

The first tournament stage will be held in the open qualifications format on the Battlefy platform. They will be organized on September 9 and 10, and any team from Brazil can register for the games. The qualifying matches will determine the five teams that will advance to the main stage of the competition.

The main tournament stage starts on September 14. JUVENTUS GAMING, INCO GAMING and GOOD FELLAS will await the open qualifiers winners to battle it out for the $8,000 USD prize pool. These teams have already established themselves on the professional scene, and therefore they pass to the competition by direct invitations.

The tournament prize pool distribution:

  • 1st place – $4 000 USD
  • 2nd place – $2,000
  • 3rd place – $1,300
  • 4th place – $700

Tournament broadcasts will start from the group stage and will be available on the official Standoff 2 channel. The Portuguese stream will be hosted by Standoff 2 casters and analysts: Aoki, ARN, Dank and JK.
