POOLS, AND INTERESTED PERSONS

SUBJECT: Removal of Tommy Glen Carmichael, from the List of Excluded Persons
On November 17, 2022, the Nevada Gaming Commission granted the Board’s Motion to
remove Tommy Glen Carmichael, from the List of Persons Excluded from Licensed Gaming
Establishments in the State of Nevada.
Please refer to Nevada Revised Statute 463.154 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation
28.090 regarding each licensee’s responsibility regarding the exclusion of individuals whose
names appear on the List of Excluded Persons; information is also available on the Board’s
website: www.gaming.nv.gov
