Wazdan set for West Virginia entry following licence awarding

Development marks second state certification for the supplier

Wazdan, the leading casino game supplier, has received its Lottery i-Gaming Interim Supplier Licence in West Virginia, an achievement that will see the company significantly boost its reach in the US.

The certification will allow Wazdan to bring its award-winning games to players throughout the Mountain State.

The milestone marks another important step as Wazdan continues its expansion in the exciting US market, following its debut in New Jersey earlier this year.

The company’s initial entry saw many of its most popular games go live in the US, including Sizzling 777 Deluxe, Lucky Reelsâ„¢, Space Spins, Power of Godsâ„¢: The Pantheon, Magic Stars 3, Magic Fruits Deluxe, and Relic Hunters and the Book of Faithâ„¢, which have been extremely well received by local operators and players alike.

Wazdan’s continued focus on North America is clear with the supplier currently in the process of finalising its Michigan and Pennsylvania licencing alongside its upcoming West Virginia launch.

The accreditation is the latest received by the games provider, which has also gained Greek licence and Belarussian certification in recent months, among others.

Michal Imiolek, Chief Executive Officer at Wazdan, said: “The US market continues to hit incredible heights and it’s a market we’ve already enjoyed some success in. Gaining our West Virginia licence is an important milestone for us, and we’re extremely eager to see what we can accomplish in the state.

“With so much more on the horizon for us in North America, it is a hugely exciting time for Wazdan, and we look forward to achieving even more in the US.”
