Leading operator integrates full suite of live dealer content

BetGames.TV, the leading live dealer betting games supplier, has partnered with established Mexican operator Ganabet.mx to offer its players the supplier’s full catalogue of titles.

The deal went live on 20th September 2020 and has seen Ganabet.mx deliver users popular live games, including Wheel of Fortune, 6+ Poker, and the recently revamped War of Bets.

BetGames.TV’s product suite is a proven boost to player engagement across numerous jurisdictions, with the supplier seeing particularly impressive growth during lockdown.

With a surge of more than 300% in bet counts across LatAm and Central America this year, all its live dealer titles prioritise ease-of-use and provide low-spend options ensuring extended playing sessions.

Belousov further discussed the Brazilian market’s competitive nature, highlighting retention strategies’ crucial role. “The churn rate is high as players frequently shift between operators lured by aggressive marketing. Hence, having robust retention mechanisms, such as real-time tools and enticing bonus mechanics, is crucial to maintaining a loyal customer base,” he added.

Yevhen Krazhan, CBDO, addressed trending compliance and market preferences. “Regulation is a hot topic, with a keen focus on product compliance. Moreover, while classic sportsbooks saturate the market, emerging interests lie in areas like fantasy sports and social gaming, which present new opportunities for differentiation and growth.”

Thomas Carvalhaes, Senior Business Development Manager for the Latin America region, provided his expertise during the panel discussion “Understanding the demands and evolution of the B2B market”, highlighting the demand for localization and intuitive technology. “In Latin America, where many markets are still learning the ropes of iGaming, the simplicity of the technology is key. Products need to be user-friendly to ensure they meet the expectations of a clientele that values straightforward and engaging gaming experiences,” Carvalhaes explained.

Successful Exhibition for Spintec at the GAT in Cartagena

GAT Expo, one of the flagship events of the Latin American gaming industry, celebrated its 25th anniversary from April 9 to 11 at the Las Américas Convention Center in Cartagena de Indias.

Numerous companies from the international gambling industry gathered in the port city of Cartagena on the Caribbean coast of Colombia to showcase their latest products at the expo. Also present at the exhibition was Spintec. The company showcased its latest and best products at the expo.
