Plaza Hotel & Casino offers new hotel package to enhance value – guests can customize their stay with special perks at booking
Seeking to give guests the best value in Las Vegas, the Plaza Hotel & Casino is debuting its “Build A Stay” hotel package that enables guests to pick the perks that they prefer to enjoy during their stay.
Offering a Stay Perk, Play Perk, and Bonus Perk, guests can customize the benefits they want to enjoy during their stay at the Plaza when booking online.
- The Stay Perk offers a choice between a $25 dining credit for use at four casual dining venues at the Plaza, an all you can drink beverage package for unlimited cocktails from Omaha Bar and the Sports Book Bar on the casino floor, or a complimentary room upgrade to a premium Luxe room or suite.
- The Play Perk offers either a $25 table free bet so guests can try their luck at their favorite table game risk-free, $25 free slot play on any machine, or $25 bingo match play to receive matched value when purchasing bingo cards during select sessions.
- The third Bonus Perk is selected upon check-in: either early check-in, late check-out, or free Plaza commemorative merchandise, including select apparel, accessories, and souvenirs.
The Build A Stay hotel package must be booked by Nov. 27 and is valid for a two-night minimum stay between Oct. 1 through Dec. 1.
In addition to offering guests great value, the Plaza is also known for having an executive team that regularly interacts with guests. To that end, the Plaza continues to offer its SIP Happy Hour every Thursday from 4 to 5 p.m., where guests can meet directly with the hotel leadership team in relaxed, happy hour setting.
At the SIP Happy Hour, guests are welcomed with complimentary beer, wine, soda, tea, or coffee and can get their questions answered about their stay and what to do in Las Vegas as well as offer their own recommendations for new programs or amenities they’d like to see implemented at the Plaza. The SIP Happy Hour has been a hallmark of customer service at the Plaza for more than five years and has led to various projects and changes, such as extending the hours at the rooftop pool, for an improved guest experience. Similarly, the Plaza will debut a new guest benefit next month – mobile express check-in so guests can conveniently check in to their hotel room via their cell phone.
“We believe our guests know best what they want, and we greatly appreciate their opinions and ideas,” said Jonathan Jossel, CEO of the Plaza Hotel & Casino. “Whether it’s at our SIP happy hours or just walking the casino floor, talking to our guests to hear their feedback is a top priority for me and my executive team as is continuing to introduce new offerings that deliver value and a great experience.”
