Awager Appoints Warren Steven to General Manager
Awager appoints Warren Steven to General Manager of North America, in another significant step towards its US growth strategy.
With an impressive 30-year career in digital entertainment and online gaming, Warren brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. His extensive background includes working with leading European operators such as Paddy Power and Betclic Everest Group.
Warren alsoplayed a pivotal role in the launch and expansion of Golden Nugget Online Gaming in the US market. During his time at Golden Nugget Online Gaming, he spearheaded the building of the company’s online gaming brand in multiple states, and establishing the first regulated live dealer studio in the United States. These efforts led to industry award accolades and a successful public listing in December 2020 and, eventual acquisition by DraftKings that closed in May 2022.
Most recently, Warren has been instrumental in developing and launching ‘BetStop – The National Self-Exclusion Register™’ for the Australian online gaming market.
