ANNUAL SURVEILLANCE PLAN SUBMITTAL

The Nevada Gaming Control Board’s Enforcement Division announces changes that will take effect on January 1, 2023. The changes relate to the submission of annual surveillance plans for nonrestricted locations and club venues, a requirement under Regulation 5.

The Board developed an electronic version of the annual surveillance plan form ENF-125 within the GCB Apps portal. Beginning January 1, 2023, the Enforcement Division will no longer accept emailed, faxed, or mailed ENF-125 forms. Beginning January 1, 2023, nonrestricted licensees and club venues must submit all electronic ENF-125 forms through the GCB Apps portal.

For current, nonrestricted location administrators, the ENF-125 annual surveillance plan form will be accessible under regulatory forms within the GCB Apps portal.

For club venues that have not created an account within the GCB Apps portal, please follow the link to the online system on our website www.gaming.nv.gov. Click the Tax Forms link and complete the Location Administrator Request Form. The administrator must be a  licensed or registered gaming employee and there may not be more than one administrator per location. The administrator will have the ability to grant access to all subordinate user accounts as needed.

When you are registered, you will receive a confirmation email with login credentials that provide access to the system.

Training dates will be forthcoming and will be sent by email to the industry. For additional information, please contact the Enforcement Division’s Operations Unit at [email protected] or 702-486-2224.
