Innovative Technology Americas, Inc. welcomes new Technical Support Specialist
Innovative Technology Americas, Inc. are pleased to welcome Mel Jones, Technical Support Specialist. Mel has been appointed to provide customer technical support to the organisation’s new and existing customers at a time of significant expansion for their US operations.
Welcoming Mel to the US arm of ITL, James Beswick, Support Manager (RKB) said, “I am delighted to welcome Mel onboard; she is an excellent addition to our team! Working alongside other technical support personnel in the region, she will be responsible for supporting our customers across many vertical sectors in this key US market. With our continued growth, we are expanding our team to ensure we keep delivering the industry leading level of service our customers have come to expect. She will deliver both remote and field-based technical support across our network of customers. Mel has already completed training at our UK head office, which gave her a great opportunity to meet with, and gain knowledge from her UK counterparts.”
Commenting on her new appointment, “I started with ITL in late April after a six-year military tour working onboard US Navy ships in a technical role which included troubleshooting and repairing electrical, electronic and mechanical issues. I have also gained customer support and leadership skills from a previous role in retail. Although this new role is quite different from my background; previous management, organisation, and customer service skills are well suited to this position, and I thrive working under pressure. This is an exciting opportunity for me, and I’m thrilled to be working for such an innovative, global company. I look forward to working with my colleagues worldwide to ensure we continue to strengthen the US team and provide the best-in-class technical support for the growing customer base.”
