As Scientific Games continues to position its sports content, technology and services business for the next phase of ambitious growth, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of an industry leading Chief Technology Officer for OpenSports.

The role will report to Jordan Levin, Group Chief Executive for Scientific Games, Digital.

Further details will be announced in due course as the Company builds on the transformational product and technology delivery for their global customer base.

The Company also announces that after four years with Scientific Games, Keith O’Loughlin, SVP Sportsbook, resigned in June. The Company thanks him for his contribution to the business and wishes him every success in the future.

The Company is unable to provide additional details on the strategic alternatives being explored for the Sports business.

The Company remains excited about the future and will not comment on any further speculation.
