Chalkline Hits Homerun with Northwoods League Deal

Collegiate summer baseball league launches Chalkline-powered freeplay game NWL Lucky 7 with daily prizes offered throughout the 2021 season

Chalkline has partnered with Northwoods League to deliver a Free-to-Play sports betting game that will be used to drive audience engagement for the 22 participating teams across the Midwest and Canada.

The League will leverage Chalkline’s cutting-edge games-as-a-service platform to power its NWL Lucky 7 freeplay game, which offers fans contests with a chance to win a $100,000 daily prize. Additional prizes will also be awarded throughout the season.

The game is hosted at https://contests.northwoodsleague.com/ and is also available via the dedicated Northwoods League app which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play store. The game can also be accessed via each team’s website.

Matt Bomberg of the Northwoods League said, “We are extremely excited to offer our fans a new contest this season that will make them enthusiastic about going to the ballpark and following along with all of our teams.

“The partnership with Chalkline is one that we are looking forward to for the 2021 season.”

Daniel Kustelski, CEO of Chalkline, said, “Partnering with the Northwoods League for their upcoming season is a great opportunity to offer their fans a unique experience that not many other leagues have.

“Combining the Northwoods League’s ability to create an exciting on-field product with Chalkline’s ability to engage, educate and acclimate fans to betting games will be a great fit and we are looking forward to this season.”
