Rivalry Attends SBC Summit Rio 2024

Luis Gonçalves, Brazil Country Manager of Rivalry Corp, will attend the SBC Summit Rio conference today (March 6).

Mr. Gonçalves will participate in a panel discussion titled “Influencers: The Next Frontier of Social Media Marketing” alongside other executives from Brazil’s gaming sector. The panel will explore the role of influencer marketing in Brazil, including its ability to cultivate engagement and build communities, best practices for operators, and strategies to protect vulnerable young players.

Brazil represents one of Rivalry’s key international markets, in which the Company currently operates through its Isle of Man license. The Company is closely following Brazil’s plans to transition to a fully regulated betting market and intends to seek a license, leveraging the compliance systems it has put in place for its other regulated markets. Rivalry believes its established brand identity and customer base in Brazil will position it well for continued success once regulations are introduced.

SBC Summit Rio is a conference and trade show that aims to provide insights into the dynamic Brazilian market by bringing together senior executives from Brazil and globally. More than 3000 industry professionals from the country’s sports betting and iGaming ecosystem are expected to attend.
