Light & Wonder Names Matt Wilson Chief Executive Officer

Light & Wonder, Inc., announced that its Board of Directors has named Matt Wilson as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Wilson has served as interim Chief Executive Officer since August 2022 and previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s Gaming business.

In connection with Mr. Wilson’s appointment, the Company also announced that Siobhan Lane, Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Gaming, has been named the new Chief Executive Officer of Gaming.
