Sightline Payments launches Mobile+ App for Talking Stick Resort and Casino Arizona

Sightline Payments announced the launch of its mobile loyalty platform, Mobile+ Powered by JOINGO, at Talking Stick Resort and its sister property, Casino Arizona in Scottsdale. The Talking Stick Resort app serves both properties and provides patrons with the latest generation of mobile engagement technology. Mobile+ provides players access to their Player Rewards Club account, which includes receiving customized rewards, offers, and promotions. Additionally, patrons can book accommodations, make dining reservations, as well as purchase amenities and entertainment directly through the app while earning loyalty rewards for their spending activity.
“We’re thrilled to announce our launch at Talking Stick Resort and Casino Arizona to help them better engage with their patrons on a more personal level,” said Kirk Olson, SVP of Sales at Sightline. “The Mobile+ platform has become the market leader across the country for good reason. Namely, it allows the operator to craft offers and promotions based on data and not guesswork.”
With the launch at Talking Stick Resort and Casino Arizona, Sightline now provides solutions to 21 gaming operators across the state.
Locally owned and operated by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, Talking Stick Resort is an AAA Four Diamond rated resort located at the heart of the emerging Talking Stick Entertainment District. Its sister property, Casino Arizona, boasts more than 100,000 square feet of gaming and entertainment and will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2023. Each property is now fully integrated with the app and able to engage with patrons on and off-site through highly personalized and interactive mobile campaigns that will drive increased reach, loyalty, and revenue.
“With the rise of sports betting and expanded gaming in general in Arizona, we needed a mobile engagement solution that could meet the growing demand and expectations of our patrons,” said Ramon Martinez, Director of Public Relations for Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort. “Mobile+ makes it easy not only for us to communicate with our patrons right on their smartphone, but it also dramatically improves the customer experience.”
The app’s launch coincides with Sightline’s discussion of mobile technology at the Indian Gaming Association (IGA) Mid-Year Conference & Expo at the We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort in Fort McDowell, Arizona. On Monday, November 14, Jennifer Carleton, Chief Legal Officer of Sightline Payments, will be a part of a panel at 4 p.m. discussing how the market and the products are being received in tribal casinos across Arizona, specifically.
