Pennsylvania Lottery eInstant Awards Record-Breaking $1.6 Million Jackpot
Instant Win Gaming (IWG), a leading supplier of eInstant games to NASPL/WLA-member lotteries, congratulates the Pennsylvania Lottery on making US iLottery history after awarding one lucky player with a $1.6 million progressive jackpot prize.
The seven-figure sum was paid out from the Big Keystone Jackpot – a set of three linked progressive eInstants powered by IWG’s InstantJackpot technology – with the supplier’s PA Big Winner Spectacular, PA Big Cash Multiplier and PA Big Money Wheel all contributing to the joint prize fund.
The Pennsylvania Lottery launched The Big Keystone Jackpot in the summer of 2022, and this latest win marks the third time its top progressive prize has been awarded.
The three contributing eInstants, PA Big Winner Spectacular, PA Big Cash Multiplier and PA Big Money Wheel, have all been localized for the Pennsylvania iLottery market. IWG commonly tailors the games it delivers with local themes and preferences as the supplier finds that this directly enhances engagement with lottery players.
IWG’s InstantJackpot module is completely contained within the supplier’s InstantRGS (remote game server). This ensures that lotteries can launch progressive jackpot-enabled games with no development support required at the iLottery platform level.
Rhydian Fisher, IWG CEO, said: “Congratulations to the lucky winner who scooped the life changing $1.6 million prize from the Big Keystone Jackpot. It was exciting to watch the prize fund grow over time, ultimately setting a new eInstant record for the US iLottery industry. Most importantly, it delivered great fun to players, and served as a high impact marketing tool for the Lottery to promote their eInstant category. We look forward to offering new eInstant jackpot innovations to the Pennsylvania Lottery, as well as all our lottery customers over the coming months.”
Drew Svitko, Executive Director at Pennsylvania Lottery, said: “What an incredible, record-breaking jackpot win for our lucky online player. Our lottery players always connect with Pennsylvania-themed games, and they love the chance to win jackpot prizes, so it’s no surprise that when these features are combined the result is very popular. We look forward to more online progressive jackpot winners.”
