Saiber Welcomes Gaming Attorney Thomas McCormick to the Firm

 

Saiber LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Thomas McCormick as a Member of the Firm’s Gaming Law Practice.

Mr. McCormick is a seasoned gaming law attorney with over 30 years’ experience in the gaming industry, including twenty years as general counsel for a privately-held gaming equipment manufacturer.  He advises his clients on domestic and international matters, including entity and individual licensing, regulatory violations and disciplinary counseling, distribution agreement negotiation, intellectual property license agreements and settlement agreements relating to commercial disputes involving third-party vendors.

“Tom is an accomplished gaming lawyer whose leadership and experience will help strengthen our practice,” commented Jeremy Kleiman, Chair of Saiber LLC’s Gaming Law practice.  “The addition of Tom reaffirms our commitment to providing outstanding legal services to our clients, and underscores our growing practice.”

Prior to joining Saiber, Tom was an attorney in the gaming practices of Fox Rothschild LLP and Kent/McBride, P.C.  In addition to serving as the general counsel of a gaming equipment manufacturer, Tom worked in the legal departments of Harrah’s Casino Hotel and The Claridge Casino Hotel in Atlantic City.
