Bet365 signs long-term office lease in New Jersey

 

Bet365, the betting company based in the UK, has heralded its US entry by signing a long-term office lease of 18,876 SF at Two Greentree Center in Marlton, New Jersey. The new office is situated at 9000 Lincoln Drive East, prominently placed on Route 73 and Greentree Road.

Leor Hemo, Founder and Managing Principal, and Aran Ploshansky, Associate at Vantage RES represented the landlord in this transaction. The new office will mark Bet365’s entry into the US market. Hemo and Ploshansky worked closely with Anne Klein of Newmark Knight Frank, the firm that represented Bet365, in this transaction.
